Our restorative dental services include:
Traditional Crown & Bridge
Is one of your teeth afflicted by decay or structural damage? Our Plano team can help you restore its strength and appearance with a custom-made crown. If you need to fully replace one of your teeth, we may recommend treatment with a bridge instead. Most bridges have three parts: a single replacement tooth plus two abutment crowns. The abutment crowns are placed over healthy teeth and have the important function of stabilizing your restoration.
Root Canals
If one of your teeth has developed a persistent ache or is sensitive to temperature, you may have an infection that needs to be treated. If so, we recommend having a root canal. A root canal is a procedure that save the tooth and extends its life. During your procedure, all traces of infection will be removed from the interior of your tooth along with your nerve which will be replaced with a filling material. Afterwards, a custom-made crown is placed over your tooth to improve functionality and appearance.
Wisdom Tooth Extractions
Our wisdom teeth develop much later than the rest of our teeth. Unfortunately, modern jaws don’t have room for them. As a result, it’s typically recommended that patients have them removed before they erupt. If your wisdom teeth are allowed to come in, you may experience serious complications, including crowding and impaction. Both have a dramatic effect on oral health. Contact our Frisco office today to learn more about the importance of having wisdom teeth extracted.

Do you need to replace multiple teeth or an entire row of teeth? At Advanced Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry, we restore what you’ve lost with a partial or full denture.
